Payment
deadline:
Upon confirmation of availability, you must send
the full payment - by cheque (drawn in
UK Pounds, from a UK bank), bank draft (UK only), or by wire
transfer (if paying from abroad) - for the Inca Trail, with the Hotel
option of your choice.
In any case, payment must
be received and funds cleared no later than 6 weeks before the actual confirmed
Inca Trail's beginning date. Please note that this amount is non-refundable
and will be forfeited in case of trip cancellation on your part.
To cover for this
eventuality, you must have an appropriate travel & medical
insurance.
