You need to provide the following:

1) Your name as it appears on your passport.

2) Your passport number and country of issue.

3) Your nationality.

4) Your date and place of birth.

5) Your address and contact number/email.

6) Your signed waiver of liability and a copy of the relevant page of your passport with your details on.

7) Full payment for the expedition, to be received and cleared at least 50 days before the beginning of your departure date to Peru. Payments via wire transfer from abroad must be sent net of bank fees. You are responsible for all bank fees, including bank fees in the country of origin of the payment + UK bank fees (currently UK fees are £ 7 GBP).
8) Your full international flight details (including origin/destination points - only for the "to/from Lima" sector - carrier name, flight number, flight times), ONLY if we organize your journey from Lima (i.e. from your first arrival in Lima from the international flight).
10) Your level of knowledge of Spanish.

Upon receipt of the above, we will confirm dates with you and - once given the final OK from you - will prepare your customized travel plan, which will be sent to you either as email attachment, or - if required - by post, or both.
