Requisites:
You must be in good physical and
mental conditions, appropriate to the activity. Please note that the following
conditions of exclusions apply:
- having suffered at least one
heart attack;
- suffering from hypertension;
- suffering from asthma or
emphysema;
- suffering from Reynaud's disease;
- suffering from any respiratory disease;
- suffering from diabetes.

notice.
Deposit & Payment
Deadlines:
A deposit of £ 450 GBP p.p. is required at the
time of the booking. The full remaining balance must be paid no less than 90
days before your first arrival date in Lima (should you chose the "off Lima"
option), or in Cusco (should you choose the "off Cusco" option).
Cancellations and
Refunds:
It never happened (!!) but....a trip may be cancelled by us at any time.
In
such a case, El Mundo Magico shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of
money paid for the journey by the expedition participant.
In case of trip cancellation on
your part, up to 50 days before your scheduled arrival in Cusco (or Lima, if your trip is not
organized by us from Cusco), we shall retain £ 230 GBP for administrative fees, and refund the
difference paid by you, after bank fees. No refunds within 50 days from
departure, although your trip/retreat may be re-scheduled at a later time, at
our sole discretion, subject to previous assessment of suitability, feasibility
and availability, and then confirmation + the payment of a cancellation fee of £
230 GBP, which must be received by us, net of bank fees. Bank fees are payable
by you, for all payments received/made from abroad.
For the sake of clarity, please note that the 50
days no-refunds period is counted both towards cancellations made by you before
your first arrival day in Peru (whether in Lima, or in Cusco, depending on how
your travel plan is organized) and to cancellations/abandonment/curtailing
of your expedition, once you are already in Peru. To cover for this
eventuality you must contract an appropriate travel and
medical insurance, before your journey in Peru. We suggest this to cover for
repatriation/medical evacuation fees, for a minimum of £ 2,000,000 GBP (or
equivalent in other currencies).
It is not possible to exchange the money
paid for Q'eros expedition with any other expedition, retreat or programme we
offer.
Insurance:
Travel Insurance
is compulsory, to protect yourself in case of flight delays and
cancellations, and also in case of abandonment, curtailing and cancellation of
your journey on your part, due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances. You
must also take an
appropriate Medical Insurance.

All individual or group
participants to the Q'eros expedition are required to print, fill-in,
sign and return to us, by signed for/registered post, the relevant waiver of liability.
