Plants of the Dieta
The following is a tentative, non-exhaustive, non-comprehensive list of some of the plants that may dieted in Onanyan Shobo, which is to be used as indication only. The actual plants of the shamanic diet may vary, depending on the shaman's style and on the length of the diet itself. This also depends - whenever possible - on your own preferences or predilections (if you have already done the traditional plant diet before), subject to availability.
