Liability Release for Retreats in Ashi Meraya
By joining the retreat Programme facilitated by El Mundo Magico all participants are bound by the terms and conditions of our Agreement and Liability Waiver document.
Each journey Participant is required to fill-in all the relevant entries (this may be done – as you would do with any PDF document – digitizing/inputting your info as and where required, online/ from your computer), then sign, date and return to us by Courier or Postal services the document.
This must be sent together with a copy of your valid PASSPORT (only the page with your details on).
Privacy Note
We will not at any time, in any fashion, form or manner – either directly or indirectly – pass, divulge, disclose (unless otherwise required by law), sell or in any form communicate your personal data to any third party whatsoever, for financial or commercial gain of any sort. We may – however – transfer the data collected to authorised third parties at your request, to recipients specified by you, or in compliance with our legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, or to recipients acting on our behalf as service providers and/or authorized contractors in charge of hosting the Programme and/or for maintenance of the El Mundo Magico web site.
The information you provide in the Agreement of Participation will not be stored by the server hosting the El Mundo Magico site, and will be used only to the ends of the Programme organization and to assess the suitability of the Participant for the journey Programme that has been booked with us. When you – the journey Participant – send us personal information via email, we will not use this data for objectives other than answering and handling your query more efficiently, evaluating your comments and message, and for improving our website and services. We may only occasionally keep in touch with you by email and/or via internet, to let you know of programmes and/or events we believe that may be of your interest, according to your preferences.
If you do not wish to receive such information, you may unsubscribe at any time, sending a blank email to: info@elmundomagico.org with the text ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line and your name and contact details will be deleted from our lists.
